These terms apply to every order placed through Nagual.
About these terms
By placing an order or using this site you agree to what follows. Nagual is a hand-carving house in Venice, California. Every piece is made one at a time, so no two are perfectly identical — small variations in finish, oxidation and weight are part of the work, not faults.
Prices and tax
Prices shown are in US dollars and do not include tax. Shipping, tax and any import duties are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when your order is placed is the price you pay.
Orders and availability
What is on the site is what exists. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it. If a piece is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
All sales final
Pieces are made to order and sold as final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. Please confirm your size and selections before completing your order.
Adjustments and repairs
Resizing or adjustment after delivery is $60 per adjustment. Repairs are $100 per repair. Neither price includes insured return shipping, which is the client's responsibility. Repair requests are assessed case by case. Normal wear, breakage from misuse, and work done by a third party are not covered.
Shipping
Production takes 2–4 weeks before dispatch. We ship insured worldwide and send tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery dates given are estimates, and once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands.
Payment and checkout
Payment is taken by our commerce and payment providers on their own secure checkout pages, subject to their terms as well as ours. Card details are never held by this website.
Mailing list and text messages
The 10% welcome code is for one use, on one order, for new subscribers. Unsubscribe from any email using its link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop messages.
Images and content
All photography, text, glyph work and designs on this site belong to Nagual and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Silver is a soft metal. Wear pieces as jewellery, not as tools, and remove them for contact sport, swimming and chemical exposure. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
