Plainly: we hold the least we can, we do not sell it, and you can have it removed.
What we collect
If you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. If you join the mailing list we collect your email address. If you send a private client inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message you write. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we hold it
To make and ship your order, answer your questions, handle sizing, adjustments and repairs, and — if you have asked for it — to send you release news and private viewing invitations.
Payments
Checkout is handled by our commerce and payment providers on their own secure pages. Card numbers are entered there and never reach this website or our records. We only receive confirmation that an order was paid, along with the shipping details needed to send it.
Mailing list and messages
You can leave the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@nagualjewelry.com. If you opted in to order or marketing text messages, reply STOP to any message to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies
This site stores only what it needs to work: your bag contents, and a note of whether you have already seen the mailing list invitation. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate visitor counts to understand which pages are viewed. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and bookkeeping rules require. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiry messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nagualjewelry.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
