Everything below applies to every order placed through Nagual.
Sales are final
All Nagual pieces are made to order and sold as final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please confirm your size and selections before completing your order.
Adjustments
If a piece needs to be resized or adjusted after delivery, the fee is $60 per adjustment. The client is responsible for insured return shipping.
Repairs
Repairs are billed at $100 per repair, not including insured return shipping. Repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear, breakage from misuse, or modifications by a third party are not covered.
Shipping
Pieces are hand-carved to order; production takes 2–4 weeks before dispatch. We ship insured worldwide and send tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Prices shown do not include tax — shipping, taxes and any import duties are calculated at checkout.
